    You bet.  That article only talks about "large employers", greater than 50 employees.  I wonder what the rules are for smaller employers?

    Small employers generally have no obligation to provide health insurance, though small enough employers with average wages below a certain threshold may qualify for a tax credit if they decide to provide health insurance. The media largely focuses on the disincentive for large, low-wage employers' incentive to cut hours and benefits, so this helpful provision often gets overlooked and left out of the conversation. Ask your attorney whether you or your employer qualify.
